Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce Developer in Washington, DC (hybrid) with a yearly salary of USD 120,919, responsible for building and integrating Salesforce solutions, supporting client projects, and performing data migration, mapping, and cleansing while diagnosing complex Salesforce issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to synchronize client expectations with internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of tasks, issues, or features being addressed.
• Provide strategic guidance on client support requests and help identify underlying root causes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external tools from third party providers, including email marketing platforms, web forms, and payment processors.
• Handle data related tasks such as migration, mapping, and cleansing in partnership with colleagues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within client Salesforce instances.

Requirements

• Five or more years of Salesforce experience across multiple client engagements.
• At least two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Preferred Salesforce Admin certification and Salesforce PD1 certifications.
• Experience building Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization, including APEX Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Automate business processes with Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.
• Strong communication skills.
