Senior Power BI Developer

Infosys invites a Senior Power BI Developer to join onsite in Dallas, TX. This role covers contributing to requirements, shaping design decisions, coding, testing, and production support, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, full lifecycle involvement, and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities

• Document assigned portions of business requirements during elicitation, following project guidance to ensure clarity and traceability.
• Lead or participate in design discussions and capture design decisions to guide the technical team toward viable software solutions.
• Collaborate on coding efforts to add new features or updates to existing applications, prioritizing stability and reliability.
• Perform code reviews, apply changes to the codebase, and manage code repositories to keep the project well organized.
• Develop and apply test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to sustain high quality.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks to ease adoption of new software.
• Respond to production issues and recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Maintain thorough records of code, testing approaches, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base for similar projects.
