Senior Data Engineer

Quadrant Technologies is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and deliver Microsoft Fabric and Power BI solutions in a remote setup. This role combines hands-on data engineering with direct collaboration with client teams, giving you ownership over deliverables from initial requirements through development, deployment, and completion.

What you’ll deliver

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Partner with client teams to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and help manage stakeholder expectations throughout delivery.
• Own deliverables end-to-end, from requirement gathering to development, deployment, and final completion.
• Maintain solution quality and support timely delivery aligned with client expectations.

What we’re looking for

• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Strong technical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle data engineering challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing abilities for requirement gathering and technical alignment.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and drive them through to completion.
