Senior .Net Software Developer

Blue Purpose is hiring a Senior .NET Software Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies, with a strong focus on Blazor and C#. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, Florida and includes Agile collaboration, performance tuning, and mentoring.

Role Overview

In this full-time position, you will work across the development lifecycle to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, lead implementation efforts for well-structured Blazor components, and integrate them with back-end services. You will also participate in Agile development cycles, support architectural decisions, and help ensure robust testing and seamless integration with QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, Blazor, and C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead development efforts for well-structured Blazor components and integrate them with back-end services.
• Perform performance tuning and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality, efficient code.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and reinforcing best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in Agile development cycles.
• Coordinate with QA teams to support robust testing and smooth integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with .NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor (required).
• Proficiency with SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong work ethic.
