Make independent technical decisions using advanced knowledge of modern development techniques.
Solve complex problems by analyzing multiple factors, systems, and data sets in depth.
Create design specifications and project schedules for your own work, then deliver against them.
Stay current with emerging technologies and bring good ideas back to the team.
Mentor teammates through code reviews, guidance, hands-on support, and encouraging feedback.
Collaborate with leadership, including the Software Development Manager, Software Director, and Product Owner, and occasionally C-suite executives, to translate business priorities into reliable solutions.

Requirements

Solid SQL Server skills, including query tuning, stored procedures, schema design, and Entity Framework.
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and AJAX, including building and debugging browser-side behavior.
Experience with web authentication and authorization using OWIN/ASP.NET Identity, role-based access, and SSO concepts.
Experience building and consuming WCF or Web API services and third-party integrations.
