Senior Machine Learning Engineer

MyAIO is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Los Angeles, CA to architect and scale machine learning systems for intelligent agents. The role focuses on an LLM-driven agent core, retrieval, planning, and memory capabilities, along with the data pipelines needed for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize LLM-based systems that power the agent core
• Prototype advanced retrieval, planning, and memory systems for AI agents
• Build and own data pipelines used for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to deploy scalable ML features

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI, ideally with production-level deployments

• A strong engineering mindset with an emphasis on shipping, testing, and iterative improvement
