Responsibilities

• Steer the design and development of applications on the Mendix platform, augmented by Java and related technologies.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Apply Agile practices to boost team productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
• Utilize Jira to track work, manage issues, and generate actionable reports.
• Build and maintain front-end components with JavaScript and back-end services backed by MS SQL.
• Handle XML-based data interchange and configuration management tasks.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, especially Mendix, and assess their applicability to projects.

Requirements
