Job Description
Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V seeks a Senior AEM Full-Stack Developer to design, architect, and implement Adobe Experience Manager solutions across multi-site, multi-channel, and multilingual environments, spanning components, templates, workflows, and integrations. This on-site role is based in Birmingham, Michigan.

Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement sophisticated technology solutions that address complex client challenges across diverse industries.
- Act as an AEM subject matter expert, applying platform components to enable multi-site, multi-channel, and multilingual delivery strategies.
- Build digital experiences using the AEM product suite, including web content management and digital asset management.
- Deliver capabilities for multi-site and multi-channel experiences.
- Implement personalization and targeting features.
- Enable content aggregation and syndication.
- Provide multilingual support across applications and sites.
- Automate workflow processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Integrate social media channels to expand reach and engagement.
- Create and manage OSGi bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services.
- Handle AEM launches, workflows, localization features, Forms applications, and the AEM DAM.
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of complex applications, gaining broad project lifecycle expertise.
- Collaborate with clients to translate complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that transform business outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and methods to provide scalable and robust solutions aligned with client goals.
Requirements
- Total professional experience of 6 to 8 years, with 2 to 3 years specifically in AEM including AEM 6.x.
- Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, taxonomy, metadata management, forward and reverse replication, workflows, publish and unpublish, tagging, analytics, Maven deployments, and content migration planning.
- Strong design experience in AEM with solid knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, Sightly/HTL, Oak, and the Dispatcher.
- Experience implementing at least one major search engine with AEM (Solr, Elasticsearch, or Lucene) and tuning search performance.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, SSO, LDAP, and REST-based API Gateways.
- Understands and applies quality properties including accessibility, SEO, URL management, security, performance, and responsive architecture.
- Has implemented quality processes such as CI (Bamboo/Jenkins/Git/Bitbucket/Cloud Manager), SonarQube, code reviews, code formatting, and automated testing.
- Proficiency with frontend technologies including ReactJS, Handlebars, Grunt, Angular, CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery.
- Strong command of core web and Java technologies: Java 8/11, JEE, XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JSP, HTL, and RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with AEM features such as Multi-site Manager and Blueprinting, with exposure to online marketing components like targeting/personalization and multivariate testing preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent military experience
