Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, in-office Salesforce Developer to join Advanced Rehab Management Services in Grand Blanc, MI. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support operations, client experience, reporting, and growth. This position is onsite with a salary of USD 80,000 per year and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions
  • Develop and support Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
  • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows
  • Build scalable automations using Salesforce Flow and related tools
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues and performance concerns
  • Design and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems
  • Facilitate data synchronization and interoperability across platforms
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical solution design
  • Adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices
  • Create dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights
  • Support leadership with data visibility and operational reporting
  • Lead data quality initiatives and governance processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
  • Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
