Rust Developer

DCI Solutions is seeking a Rust Developer to join their onsite team in Boston, contributing to efficient Rust software, testing, deployment, and improvements driven by user feedback. The role combines hands-on development with mentoring responsibilities and the creation of technical documentation, and it requires a Secret Security Clearance. Salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 190,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop Rust-based software solutions with an emphasis on efficiency and readability based on requirements.
• Test, build, and deploy applications and code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and enhance existing software.
• Collect and assess user feedback to improve software performance, and observe feedback to guide product enhancements.
• Produce technical documentation to guide future development projects.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to project teams and staff.

Requirements

• BS in a STEM field.
• 3+ years of direct, hands-on software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Rust programming language.
• Experience with C programming.
• DOD IAT Level II certification (preferred).
• Secret Security Clearance is required.
