Job Description

Stafford Technology seeks an Oracle EBS Developer to design, implement, and support scalable Oracle EBS solutions across supply chain and manufacturing processes, with a focus on enhancements, integrations, and sustaining shop floor operations. This hybrid role is based in Worthington, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Oracle EBS supply chain management modules including Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Purchasing
  • Create customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and Concurrent Programs
  • Design and maintain integrations with warehouse systems and external applications
  • Carry out SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning for high‑volume environments
  • Assist with testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployments
  • Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions
  • Collaborate with functional teams, QA, and integration specialists
  • Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Oracle EBS / ERP development experience
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules
  • Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and integrations
  • Solid SQL tuning and troubleshooting skills
