Job Description

Experis is hiring a Senior Database Modeler /Developer (Application Programmer III) to join the Data Architecture Department in Pennington, NJ. This onsite role supports enterprise application development, data integration, modernization initiatives, and cloud transformation work across the organization.

Reporting within the data architecture function, you will help shape how data is modeled and delivered, while also assisting with migration and ETL responsibilities that support new and evolving platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Design and maintain logical and physical data models that support enterprise applications.
  • Develop high-performance database solutions with a focus on data integrity, scalability, and security.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, application developers, and infrastructure teams.
  • Support data migration, ETL, and cloud-based database platforms.
  • Contribute to enterprise data architecture initiatives and support application modernization efforts.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years of database development experience, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • 5+ years of data modeling experience using tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or SQL Developer Data Modeler.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle 12c/19c (or higher), PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency with advanced SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
  • Experience supporting cloud migration programs and working in Agile delivery environments.
