OneStream Senior Developer

Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking an experienced OneStream Senior Developer to lead the technical design and delivery of complex OneStream XF implementations. The role combines hands-on EPM work with mentorship of junior developers, driving projects through the full implementation lifecycle, with travel as needed. Summary

As a OneStream Senior Developer, you will direct the technical design and execution of advanced OneStream XF deployments, coach junior teammates, and deliver comprehensive EPM solutions across the entire project lifecycle, with travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to craft alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Align work with the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals.
• Use sound judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on especially complex issues.
• Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interactions with supervisors and, when appropriate, client or peer teams.
• Define approaches on new assignments with guidance as needed.
• Ensure decision-making positively impacts the immediate team.
• Manage small teams or work efforts on client engagements or within the firm when in an individual contributor role.
• Contribute to practice growth by supporting new business proposals, including business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, and client conversations to explore opportunities.
• Support the creation of responses to requests for proposals.
• Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements with deep OneStream technical expertise.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of OneStream platform development experience, including multi‑dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations.
• At least two years of experience developing business rules in VB.NET or C#.
• Minimum of two years of experience building Data Management sequences and steps.
• Minimum of three years of report and dashboard development.
• At least three years of experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
• OneStream Certified (OCA): Administration or Implementor. If not certified, willingness to become certified within six months.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum six years of work experience.
