OIC Interface Developer

i360technologies, Inc. is hiring an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Interface Developer to design, build, deploy, and support integration solutions that connect a modern core financial system with internal and external applications for a major federal agency modernization program.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Develop REST and SOAP integrations.
• Create scheduled and application-driven integrations.
• Develop transformations and mappings to support interface requirements.
• Implement file-based and SFTP-based interfaces.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP with external applications.
• Implement fault handling, notifications, and recovery processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot OIC integrations in supported environments.
• Support reconciliation and interface-control requirements.
• Write technical specifications and interface documentation.
• Support deployments across SIT, UAT, and production.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of integration development experience.
• Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with FBDI and BI Publisher (BIP) integration patterns.
• Experience with SFTP and file-based integrations.
• Strong debugging and error-handling skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.
• Citizenship/Residency: S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency.
• Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.
• Ability to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Compliance with agency Security Rules of Behavior.
• Completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training.
• Work must be performed within the United States (remote access from foreign locations is not permitted).
• Employment is contingent upon contract award and Government approval of candidate qualifications.
