Job Description

CFS is hiring a Lead OIC Developer to take ownership of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) integrations across an enterprise environment in Grand Rapids, MI. In this onsite role, you will provide technical oversight, governance, health monitoring, and lead integration architecture and roadmap planning for Oracle Fusion initiatives and acquired business integrations.

This position is based in Grand Rapids, MI (onsite) and offers USD 110,000 - 155,000 per year, with bonus potential. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner for all Oracle Fusion integrations across the enterprise.
  • Monitor, support, and continuously improve existing Oracle integrations and interfaces.
  • Provide technical oversight, governance, and health monitoring for the integration environment.
  • Identify process improvements and resolve integration performance or stability issues.
  • Lead integration architecture, design reviews, and development for new Oracle Fusion initiatives and acquired business integrations.
  • Define integration standards, best practices, and future-state architecture.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop Oracle Fusion integration roadmaps and strategy.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
  • Mentor team members and coordinate with implementation partners and vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications, especially Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle implementations, migrations, or large-scale integration projects.
  • Full SDLC experience including design, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration best practices.
