Job Description
Hybrid work arrangement in Irvine, CA with a competitive hourly rate of $50–$60 and a standard 40 hour workweek. This contract role focuses on driving project completion and site acquisition while ensuring leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and track progress across multiple systems in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to complete projects and secure sites, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor vendor performance and keep project trackers current, ensuring adherence to leasing, zoning and permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies.
- Operate across multiple systems to manage project data and workflows.
- Oversee project budgets and financial tracking.
- Join deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and the project team to align on status and milestones.
- Ensure all stakeholders stay informed about project progress and risks.
- Conduct deployment calls to advance implementation and resolve blockers.

Requirements
- Site acquisition and project management experience (3–5 years)
- Proven track record delivering site acquisition projects to completion
- Ability to manage timelines, vendors, and project deliverables
- Vendor management and coordination (3+ years)
- Experience tracking vendor performance
- Conducting deployment/project status calls
- Ensuring accountability across stakeholders
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge (3+ years)
- Familiarity with leasing, zoning, permitting processes
- Understanding of environmental and regulatory compliance standards
- Budget management experience
- Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking
