Machine Learning Engineer

Adidev Technologies Inc is seeking a Jr-Mid Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI. In this onsite role in Austin, TX, you will build and refine machine learning models end to end, supporting deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and refine sophisticated machine learning models and algorithms, transforming complex datasets into actionable solutions.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of data modeling work, from translating business requirements through deployment and monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis, including preprocessing and feature engineering, and apply Generative AI algorithms to develop novel solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI models into offerings, improving product capabilities and user experiences.
• Use advanced analytical methods to evaluate large datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Carry out data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm optimization to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Stay current with machine learning trends, tools, and best practices, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, with an emphasis on ethical AI practices.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and/or other AI domains.
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying Generative AI models and frameworks in industry settings, including GANs or Transformers.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong foundation in algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement advanced machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI.
• Experience conducting full-cycle data analysis, including preprocessing and feature engineering, while leveraging Generative AI algorithms for new solutions.
• Ability to stay ahead of AI research, especially in Generative AI, and apply new findings to project execution.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Background in cloud computing and big data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including hands-on experience with cloud-based ML services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps for AI, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Capability to facilitate knowledge sharing and AI/ML best practices across the team, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and data privacy standards for all AI implementations.
