Machine Learning Engineer

Adidev Technologies Inc is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help deploy advanced machine learning models, with a special emphasis on Generative AI. This onsite role in Seattle, WA focuses on taking AI from modeling through deployment and monitoring, while collaborating across teams to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.

What you will do

• Architect and refine sophisticated ML models and algorithms, turning complex datasets into actionable solutions.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data modeling projects, from business requirement understanding to deployment and ongoing monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and using Generative AI algorithms to deliver novel solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate Generative AI models into offerings that improve product capability and user experience.
• Apply advanced analytics to large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Run exploratory data analysis to extract insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Stay current with ML trends and best practices, including AutoML, MLOps, and interpretability frameworks.
• Ensure implementations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, emphasizing ethical AI.

What you bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience in machine learning across areas such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and/or other AI domains.
• Industry experience using Generative AI models and frameworks, including GANs or Transformers.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL, data visualization tools, and version control systems.
• Strong foundational understanding of algorithmic complexity and data structure optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models, especially Generative AI use cases like text generation, image synthesis, and creative AI.
• Ability to execute comprehensive data analysis, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and applying Generative AI algorithms for new solutions.
• Ability to stay ahead of AI research, particularly Generative AI, and apply the latest findings to project innovation.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong background in cloud computing and big data platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, including hands-on experience with cloud-based ML services and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps for AI: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices.
• Experience facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices in AI/ML, especially around Generative AI.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines and data privacy compliance for AI deployments.
