Job Description
Lead Software Engineer role at Talent Acquisitions located at Hanscom AFB, MA with hybrid work arrangements, focusing on designing, developing, and integrating complex software and cloud-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and integrate sophisticated software and cloud platforms
- Define system architecture and drive cloud and modernization efforts

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, product development, systems engineering, or systems integration
- Experience with cloud engineering, PaaS, SaaS, containerized environments, and full-stack software development
- Proficiency in object oriented languages such as Java, C#, C++, or Python
- Ability to design, develop, test, and integrate complex systems and software solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross functional engineering, operations, architecture, and business teams
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support architecture decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Minimum Secret Security Clearance required
- Ability to pass a background check
