Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and integrate sophisticated software and cloud platforms
• Define system architecture and drive cloud and modernization efforts
• Mentor engineering teams and help deliver high impact solutions in a dynamic setting
• Offer technical leadership to guide architecture decisions across cross functional teams
• Cloud engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in software development, product development, systems engineering, or systems integration
• Experience with cloud engineering, PaaS, SaaS, containerized environments, and full-stack software development
• Proficiency in object oriented languages such as Java, C#, C++, or Python
• Ability to design, develop, test, and integrate complex systems and software solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross functional engineering, operations, architecture, and business teams
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support architecture decision making
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance required
• Ability to pass a background check
