Job Description
Everforth invites applications for a Lead Mulesoft Developer to own and steer enterprise integration architecture across Salesforce and connected platforms, enabling scalable, secure, and high-performance data and system interoperability. This is a remote position based in Chicago, IL, with an annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 155,000. A Bachelor's degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of MuleSoft integrations with ERP systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications
- Define and implement an API led connectivity strategy, including system, process, and experience layer APIs to support enterprise scale integration
- Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations and API services to enable seamless data flow across systems
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and integration governance standards to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of integration solutions
- Mentor and lead development teams, conducting code reviews, defining best practices, and driving continuous improvement across an integration ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with strong experience in MuleSoft development and integration architecture
- Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule 4 runtime, DataWeave, API design, and CloudHub deployment
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns such as Platform Events, REST APIs, Bulk API, and Change Data Capture
- Strong experience with API architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integration design principles
