Job Description

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a Lead Actimize Developer for a direct-client engagement in Texas. This contract-to-hire role operates in a hybrid setup with CST hours and a focus on Actimize modules and ETL development using Java, SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX/Linux, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with financial crime platforms and data integration to support risk and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coding and developing ETL Informatica data feeds into a new tool

Must Have Technical Skills

  • NICE Actimize Modules: ActOne, Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), Risk Case Manager (RCM), CDD
  • Database Expertise: SQL and PL/SQL for data mapping, querying, and managing complex databases, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Development & Scripting: Strong Java coding skills and experience in UNIX/Linux environments
  • System Configuration: Building and customizing RCM workflows, AIS visual modeling, alert management, and Unified Data Model (UDM)
  • Integration & Tools: Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), scheduling via Autosys/Control-M, and toolsets like JIRA or HP QC ALM

Experience

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelors degree required

Location and Schedule

  • Location: Farmers Branch, TX (hybrid); North Texas Market
  • Time zone: CST only
  • Hours: CST, Monday to Friday, 8 AM start
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site for now; may move to 5 days)
  • Travel: possible to PA once a quarter

Compensation

  • USD 70 - 75 per hour

Duration

  • Contract to hire

Interview Process

  • Panel interview with the hiring manager, Tech Lead, and Product Owner

Nice to Have

  • Financial crime and compliance knowledge: AML, Trade Surveillance, KYC, and Fraud Detection
  • Process analysis ability to translate complex business requirements into technical, automated solutions

Soft Skills

  • Analytical thinking with strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to connect business stakeholders with IT teams

Industry Background

  • Experience in a regulated financial institution is a plus
