Kinaxis Developer/ Architect

Radyant INC is seeking a Kinaxis Developer/Architect in Kansas City, MO to serve as a technical and functional expert on the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform and lead end-to-end solution development for supply chain planning.

Role Overview

This is a contract position based in-person in Kansas City, MO. The engagement requires a security clearance and includes travel to Kansas City, MO at approximately 25%.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and functional expert for Kinaxis RapidResponse, supporting the design and implementation of supply chain solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and new Kinaxis development.
• Create technical specifications, blueprints, and solution architecture models to enable supply chain planning capabilities.
• Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse applications, including worksheets, workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes using ETL tools (example listed: Talend) to support data flow between Kinaxis and enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Build complex Kinaxis workflows, business rules, and scripting logic to automate and optimize supply chain processes.
• Lead the full solution lifecycle, covering requirements definition, functional specifications, development, SIT/UAT, user training, and deployment.
• Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable, aligned with industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on Kinaxis development and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of total experience in supply chain planning, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
• Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle implementations of Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Strong functional knowledge across Kinaxis modules, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Kinaxis platform data model, scripting capabilities, and integration methods.
• Experience with ETL tools, plus a working understanding of database concepts (SQL) and scripting languages (JavaScript).
• Kinaxis certifications (Administrator or Solution Architect) are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Working experience in an Agile development environment is a plus.
