Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with employers across diverse sectors
- Pair job seekers with roles that fit their interests and capabilities
- Coordinate job trials, internships, and informational conversations with employers
- Advocate for workplace accommodations and educate employers on disability inclusion
- Monitor outreach activity, interviews, placements, and retention metrics
- Participate in job fairs, community events, and employer advisory groups
Requirements
- 2+ years in job development, recruiting, or workforce development
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with DOR, Regional Center, or Ticket to Work programs a plus
- Reliable transportation required; travel within the community is essential
30/60/90 Day Expectations
- Complete onboarding and required trainings (Person-Centered Thinking, Goal Development, etc.)
- Begin shadowing job discovery and employer outreach activities
- Build rapport with individuals served and internal team members
- Independently conduct employer outreach and job matching
- Coordinate job trials and support initial placements
- Attend community events and represent Easter Seals Enterprises professionally
- Meet monthly benchmarks for employer contacts, interviews, and new hires
- Ensure CIE documentation compliance and individual satisfaction
- Provide updates on job retention and employment outcomes
