Job Description

This onsite role in Plano, TX places you in the End User Productivity team, shaping enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration across Microsoft, AWS, and internal platforms. You will design integrations, automations, dashboards, and AI or bot solutions to elevate user experience and streamline UC operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations across Microsoft Teams, M365, Microsoft Graph, CoPilot Studio, CoPilot Agents, AWS Connect, AWS Bedrock, and other internal systems
  • Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and Graph API
  • Create provisioning, monitoring, and reporting tools and scripts (PowerShell, Python, Node.js, etc.)
  • Build dashboards, insights, and automated data pipelines using Power BI and relevant APIs
  • Collaborate with UC engineers to enhance voice, meetings, and collaboration across front-end and back-end experiences
  • Build and maintain conversational AI or bot solutions via Bedrock, Copilot, and Azure Bot Frameworks
  • Contribute to architectural design for new UC features and automation frameworks
  • Support incident response by delivering tools that improve diagnostics, visibility, and reduce resolution time
  • Maintain documentation for automations, integrations, and API-based services

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience developing on AWS services such as Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, and Bedrock
  • 1+ years of experience creating workflows with Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar
  • 1+ years of experience scripting or programming in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Graph API, Teams Admin Center, and Teams voice principles
  • Familiarity with enterprise UC concepts (SIP, SBCs, call routing, QoS, device management)
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI
  • Understanding of cloud architecture patterns, identity, and security principles
