EDI Developer III

Experienced EDI Developer III to design, implement, and support EDI integrations with internal systems and external trading partners. This full-time role requires relocation to the Birmingham, AL area.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain EDI maps and interfaces
• Configure file transfer protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and FTP
• Lead partner onboarding and testing efforts
• Troubleshoot EDI transactions and related workflows
• Document data flows, processes, and specifications
• Support ongoing system monitoring and vendor updates

Requirements

• Proficiency with EDI standards including ANSI X12, XML, JSON, and APIs
• SQL and relational database experience
• Expertise in mapping and translation
• Experience with integration tools such as Sterling Integrator, Syncrofy, or equivalent
• Programming knowledge in BPML, Java, or RPG (preferred)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
