Experienced EDI Developer III to design, implement, and support EDI integrations with internal systems and external trading partners. This full-time role requires relocation to the Birmingham, AL area.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain EDI maps and interfaces
Configure file transfer protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and FTP
Lead partner onboarding and testing efforts
Troubleshoot EDI transactions and related workflows
Document data flows, processes, and specifications
Support ongoing system monitoring and vendor updates

Requirements

Proficiency with EDI standards including ANSI X12, XML, JSON, and APIs
SQL and relational database experience
Expertise in mapping and translation
Experience with integration tools such as Sterling Integrator, Syncrofy, or equivalent
Programming knowledge in BPML, Java, or RPG (preferred)
Strong communication and analytical skills
