Data Engineer - Talent Acquisition Operations

Synopsys Software Integrity is hiring a Data Engineer to strengthen talent acquisition operations through reliable data pipelines, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines supporting recruiting and HR systems
• Integrate data across multiple talent acquisition platforms
• Enhance recruiting data quality by improving accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
• Create reports and dashboards for hiring metrics
• Automate recurring data-processing workflows
• Partner with HR, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data pipeline development
• Knowledge of databases, data integration, and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to responsibly handle confidential employee and recruiting data
