Job Description
Contract Mobile App Developer - AI Trainer is a remote role based in Merrifield, Virginia, focused on crafting and solving coding exercises to train AI systems and contribute to AI development.
Responsibilities
- Design and tackle a diverse set of coding problems used to train AI models.
- Produce clean, well explained code snippets along with detailed explanations.
- Evaluate AI generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
- Provide targeted feedback that informs the next iteration of AI models.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication at native or bilingual level.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.
