CCAI Voice AI Solutions Developer

Intone Networks is seeking a CCAI Voice AI Solutions Developer to drive next generation voice experiences from its Richardson, Texas campus. This role centers on building and refining voice AI solutions with Google CCAI and related cloud technologies to deliver scalable, reliable interactions. You will collaborate across teams to deploy, test, and integrate these capabilities into client workstreams.

Technologies

The role operates at the intersection of conversational AI and cloud infrastructure, leveraging Dialogflow CX and the broader CCAI suite (Agent Assist, Insights, and Platform) to design and implement voice-enabled solutions. Dialogflow CX is used for crafting conversation flows, with playbooks enabling repeatable patterns. The CCAI suite provides Agent Assist and Insights to enhance interactions. You will connect these AI services to managed compute, storage, and messaging layers, using Cloud Run and Cloud Functions for serverless execution and Compute Engine for heavier workloads. Data processing and storage are handled via Cloud Pub/Sub, Firestore, and Memorystore (Redis), with BigQuery enabling analytics. Infrastructure is codified through Terraform, and development is conducted in Python and Java to stitch components together into cohesive applications. Adherence to best practices for data protection is supported by Google Cloud DLP as part of the technology stack. This environment supports on-site collaboration in Richardson, TX and requires hands-on work with Google Cloud tooling to deliver end-to-end voice AI capabilities.
