Job Description

Atrium is seeking a Senior GenAI Developer to help build and improve enterprise conversational AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This onsite role in New York focuses on creating AI agents and workplace assistants that can securely connect to internal data and business applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.

Role focus

You will develop production-ready conversational and Generative AI capabilities, including agents that retrieve enterprise knowledge and respond with relevant, context-aware information. Work also includes integration with internal systems and building automated workflows that connect AI experiences to day-to-day business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance enterprise conversational AI agents and digital assistants.
  • Develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Connect AI agents securely to internal enterprise data and applications.
  • Design integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, and custom APIs.
  • Build RAG-based solutions for enterprise knowledge search and retrieval.
  • Use Azure AI Search and vector-based technologies to deliver relevant, context-aware responses.
  • Develop integrations between AI solutions and existing business systems.
  • Build automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Support Power Apps and other Microsoft-based business applications as needed.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, and data access.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience developing conversational or Generative AI applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions.
  • Experience with Azure AI Search and vector search/vector databases.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of secure enterprise AI and data-access patterns.
  • Ability to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Location and compensation

  • Location: New York, NY (onsite)
  • Pay: USD 55 - 70 per hourly
