Associate CNO Developer

MANTECH is seeking an Associate CNO Developer to support the creation of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and to advance Computer Network Operations (CNO). This role is based in Hanover, MD (onsite) with support for work in Hanover, MD or Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities
• Assist with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems
• Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies to support CNO efforts
• Help ensure software engineering standards are consistently met across deliverables

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in a technical discipline or High School Diploma with 4+ years of technical experience
• Experience programming with Python or C/C++
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming
• Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms
• Experience with software analysis or reverse engineering
• Experience developing CNO capabilities
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and testing practices
• Understanding of assembly programming concepts
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible

Security Clearance Requirements

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
