Associate CNO Developer

MANTECH is seeking an Associate CNO Developer to support the design and development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) solutions in Hanover, MD on an onsite basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
• Assist with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems.
• Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies during implementation and support activities.
• Help ensure software engineering standards are consistently met across delivered work.

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in a technical discipline or High School Diploma plus 4+ years of technical experience.
• Experience programming in Python or C/C++.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with networking using TCP/IP and socket-level programming.
• Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms.
• Experience with software analysis or reverse engineering.
• Experience developing CNO capabilities.
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices.
• Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible.

Security Clearance Requirements

Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance. Must also be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required.

• Ability to operate computer equipment and office machinery.
