CNO Developer

MANTECH is hiring a CNO Developer for an onsite role in Hanover, MD. This position supports the development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO), with hands-on work spanning design, implementation, test, and compliance-oriented software development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities
• Conduct design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging for software applications and systems
• Use network and security concepts to support capability development efforts
• Provide status updates and communicate technical progress to leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain software quality and ensure alignment with development standards and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• BS degree plus 4+ years of technical work experience, or MS degree plus 2+ years of technical work experience, or High school diploma plus 8+ years of technical work experience
• Experience with Python or C/C++
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging
• Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph, and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start if required
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time

• Experience developing CNO capabilities
• Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)
• Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
• Understanding of assembly language programming concepts
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices
