MANTECH is seeking an Associate CNO Developer to support mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities, including advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO). Based in Hanover, MD (onsite) (or Aurora, CO as noted in the role summary), this position contributes to the design and delivery of CNO-focused software and systems.

This role involves building and refining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities, with an emphasis on engineering standards, security-aware development, and reliable testing and debugging practices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities
Assist with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems
Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies
Ensure software engineering standards are consistently met

Requirements

BS Degree in a technical discipline or a High School Diploma plus 4+ years of technical experience
Experience with Python or C/C++
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming

Security Clearance Requirements

Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
Must be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time)
Ability to operate computer equipment and office machinery
