Application Developer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking an Application Developer - AI Trainer to contribute to AI model development by designing and solving coding problems and evaluating AI-generated code. This fully remote, contract position is based in New York, NY, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a diverse set of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Craft clear, high quality code snippets accompanied by thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Expertise in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
