AI UX/UI Senior Developer
Job Description
AI UX/UI Senior Developer in Charlotte, NC onsite, responsible for designing and delivering user interfaces for AI-driven systems and workflows, collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement front-end UIs for AI driven applications
- Convert system capabilities into intuitive user workflows
- Develop and maintain front-end components and design systems
- Connect UI components with backend services and APIs
- Maintain consistency, usability, and accessibility across applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature design
- Participate in system design and planning sessions
- Develop UI testing and validation strategies
- Support deployment and iteration of user-facing components
- Monitor UI performance and address issues
- Document interface patterns and user interaction models
- Build and share reusable UI components for cross-team use
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Years of Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Core Domain Experience:
- Experience building front-end applications in enterprise environments
- Experience designing user interaction flows
- Experience integrating front-end with backend systems
- Understanding of UI development lifecycle
- Ability to deliver production-ready interfaces
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong front-end development skills
- Experience with enterprise UI frameworks
- Understanding of usability and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with testing and deployment processes
- Ability to document UI designs and implementation
- Strong collaboration across teams
- Ability to work within structured delivery environments

Working Conditions
