About the Team

Anduril’s Air & Missile Defense Radar team builds tracking algorithms and software systems to detect, track, and characterize airborne threats in real time
Work occurs in small teams focused on designing and implementing sophisticated tracking solutions
Responsibilities span novel multi-target tracking algorithm development through high-performance distributed systems that process large volumes of sensor data in milliseconds
Focus is on production-grade systems used by government and industry customers for mission-critical operations

Desired Qualifications

Experience with tracking, estimation, or filtering algorithms (e.g., Kalman filters, particle filters, multiple hypothesis tracking)
Background in controls, estimation theory, or digital signal processing
Familiarity with radar systems or sensor fusion
Experience with high-performance computing (multithreading, GPU acceleration, distributed systems)
Knowledge of machine learning techniques for classification, clustering, or data association
Proficiency with database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, and time-series databases
Experience with web technologies for visualization and analysis tools (JavaScript, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, or custom frameworks)
Experience working in agile development environments
Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance

Transcripts (Early Application Process)

Transcripts are requested as part of the early application process to understand academic background and how coursework supports critical skills
If transcripts are not shared, provide detailed information about academic performance in relevant courses, including projects and coursework specifics
If academic transcripts are provided, non-technical information (e.g., student ID, dates, non-technical coursework) may be redacted
Unofficial transcripts obtained online are acceptable for this assessment
