Create and maintain containerized services, deploying through CI/CD pipelines and operating them in production
Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune performance using monitoring, alerting, and quality signals
Write and maintain automated tests, monitor quality, and take corrective action when needed
Participate in on-call rotation, respond to incidents, and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions
Use AI-assisted development tools in daily work and share what works with the team
Write clear technical documentation, including designs, runbooks, and operational procedures
Collaborate with product owners, analysts, security, and partner teams on requirements, acceptance criteria, and solutions
Participate in code reviews and apply feedback

You’ll also deliver working, tested code and documentation on a regular cadence.
