Web & Windows Application Developer
Job Description
Web and Windows application developer responsible for designing, building, deploying and supporting web and Windows applications for internal stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to implementation, including design, user interface work, database design, and .NET development of applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather specifications and requirements for proposed projects.
- Review, document, and update work items using the Synergy project management tool.
- Perform unit testing and assist users with UAT and QA requirements for assigned applications.
- Cross-train with development team members on in-house applications to deepen understanding of current usage.
- Conduct code peer reviews to satisfy company and regulatory compliance needs for projects.
- Maintain existing sites and applications as needed.
- Complete yearly compliance and security training as scheduled.
- Collaborate with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Sales, UX Engineer/Designer and other technical teams in a highly collaborative environment.
- Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record according to the established schedule.
- Work onsite in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with the C# programming language.
- 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL Server.
- 2+ years of experience with MVC 5, Entity Framework, WCF, and Web Services.
- 2+ years of experience working with and creating APIs.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Knockout, and AJAX.
- MS Power Automate experience is a plus.
- Azure Cognitive Services experience is a plus.
- MuleSoft experience is a plus.
- Ability to conceive and implement new development strategies under tight deadlines.
- Ability to adopt and apply new web tools and technologies as appropriate.
- Capacity to multitask while applying creativity, ingenuity and technical skills to high priority tasks.
- Coachability: receptiveness to feedback, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change.
