Location: Norwood, MA on site

Responsibilities

• Lead project work from concept through deployment, covering design, user interface, database design, and .NET development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders or clients to gather specifications and project requirements.
• Document progress and updates in the online project management tool Synergy.
• Perform unit tests and assist users with UAT and QA for assigned applications.
• Cross-train with teammates on in-house applications to deepen knowledge of current systems.
• Conduct code peer reviews and audits to meet company and regulatory compliance needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing sites and applications as needed.
• Complete annual compliance and security training as required throughout the year.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, UX Engineering/Design, and other technical groups in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Maintain consistent, regular attendance in line with the established schedule.
• Work onsite and adhere to CCS and department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with C# programming.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with SQL Server.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with MVC 5, Entity Framework, WCF, and Webservices.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Knockout, and AJAX.
• Experience with RPA tools, such as MS Power Automate, is a plus.
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services is a plus.
• Experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
• Ability to conceive and implement new development strategies under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to adopt new web tools and technologies as appropriate.
• Able to multitask, demonstrate creativity, and apply technical skills across multiple high-priority tasks.
