Software Engineer - Secret Clearance

Deloitte is seeking a Software Engineer (Secret Clearance) to engineer and support application integrations for sustainment operations in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement approved enhancements and defect fixes across application integrations.
• Participate in code review, unit and integration testing, release preparation, and incident troubleshooting.
• Document technical designs, changes, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with the Custom Development Lead, Product Management, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
• Validate solutions against acceptance criteria with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and surface risks related to application performance, security, reliability, and deployment.
• Provide dependable development support to help maintain stable mission services.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience with PHP.
• 4+ years of experience with Linux-Red Hat, Apache Tomcat, and MySQL.

Security and Work Authorization

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
