Software Engineer Lead

PNC Financial Services Group is recruiting a Software Engineer Lead in its Technology organization. In this role, you will drive technical design and development for software solutions while providing guidance and support to colleagues. The position is based in Austin, TX (hybrid), and may also be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations subject to approval.

Expect to work across complex business needs, from solution design through implementation and ongoing technical troubleshooting. You will also contribute to how teams apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $94,875.00 – $172,500.00 (per year)
• Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
• This role is incentive eligible, with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
