Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to lead technical design and development of software solutions, propose approaches to complex business needs, and provide technical guidance across the engineering team. This onsite role is based in Strongsville, Ohio.

Compensation

USD 86,250 - 143,750 per year.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $143,750.00.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
  • Proposes and designs software solutions to address complex business needs, including preparing technical and procedural documentation required.
  • Facilitates resolution of complex problems.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues, including reviewing coding, testing, and documentation of software.
  • Applies modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
