Job Description
Make an impact on daily operations at 7-Eleven in Irving, TX (onsite). You will lead in-store Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) food service operations with a focus on compliance, profitability, inventory accuracy, and team development. What you’ll be doing
- Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring compliance with health standards, company policies, and safety regulations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by managing food programs, analyzing financial data, controlling costs, and implementing merchandising strategies.
- Own inventory management and vendor relationships, ensuring 100% in-stock efficiency on top-selling items and accurate order fulfillment.
- Build and develop a top-performing team through strategic recruiting, hands-on coaching, and recognition that helps team members excel.
- Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance to maintain consistent excellence across customer interactions.
- Create and manage work schedules, provide coverage as needed, and respond quickly to safety incidents or operational challenges.
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED, plus 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food prep leadership experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing team members and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A business mindset, including the ability to use P&L statements and restaurant reports to spot opportunities and drive positive change.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence to engage customers, coach employees, and partner with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and point-of-sale systems, plus physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds in a dynamic environment.
