Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a contract Software Engineer Analyst - AI Trainer based in Arlington, TX with remote work options. The role involves designing and solving coding problems to train AI systems, producing code and explanations, and evaluating AI-generated code. This position offers a flexible schedule and hourly compensation.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide feedback that informs the next iterations of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress.
