Software Engineer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is seeking a remote contract software professional to contribute to AI model training by designing and solving coding challenges. The role centers on creating diverse problems, delivering precise code samples with explanations, and evaluating AI-generated solutions. Projects are flexible and paid hourly, with the position based in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and solve a range of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Produce clean, well-documented code snippets along with thorough explanations.
• Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that informs the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency, native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
