Job Description

Experis is seeking a Software Engineer 4 (Contingent) in Columbus, OH (onsite) to support the development and delivery of AI solutions. In this role, you will work across multi-agent AI orchestration, full-stack enterprise application development, and Generative AI solution delivery, with an emphasis on rapid prototyping, deployment, and iteration.

What you’ll do

  • Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks that make AI capabilities reusable across the organization.
  • Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that enable AI-powered experiences using modern web technologies.
  • Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and workflow patterns.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities with strong technical rigor.
  • Rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate on AI solutions to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, security, and performance.

Core requirements

  • 7+ years developing enterprise web applications, including strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
  • 2+ years building Generative AI applications, including experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
  • 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
