Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic AI systems that operate reliably in production.
• Build workflows where AI agents manage context, call tools, and make decisions across complex tasks.
• Develop context management and retrieval pipelines to ensure models access the right data at the right time.
• Coordinate multi-step workflows from code generation and backtesting to execution integration.
• Integrate AI systems with internal APIs, market data feeds, and quantitative tooling.
• Establish production readiness with robust testing, monitoring, and error handling.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineers to turn market ideas into testable strategies.

Requirements

• Proven track record shipping AI systems to production, not just prototypes.
• Experience with agent-based systems involving tool calls, orchestration, or multi-step reasoning.
• Background with retrieval-augmented generation linked to real data pipelines.
• Understanding of context management, system-level prompt design, and model integration patterns.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code that others can build on.
• Comfort working across languages and systems, including Python and .NET.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
