Software Developer - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is looking for a Software Developer - AI Trainer to design and solve coding problems that train AI systems. You’ll produce clean, well-documented code with thorough explanations, contributing directly to the evolution of AI models. This fully remote role comes with flexible scheduling and pay up to $100+ per hour.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide actionable feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
• Location eligibility: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
