ServiceNow Developer Technical Transformation Consultant
Job Description
Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice supports high-impact work for government and public sector clients, combining people, ideas, technology, and outcomes. On the GPS ServiceNow team, this role supports ServiceNow application development and platform solution delivery for an intelligence community environment, including automation using ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation.
This onsite consulting position is based in Rosslyn, VA 22209 and includes participation across the lifecycle of solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operational support.
What you’ll do
- Support ServiceNow application development for an intelligence community client using ServiceNow development best practices and platform capabilities
- Configure and develop solutions across modules including Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Service Portal
- Work with client stakeholders, IT personnel, process subject matter specialists, and engineering and support teams to assess processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation solutions in the client environment
- Act as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor throughout the engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in back-end development
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Service Portal
- Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Incentives and compensation
The role offers a salary range of USD 97,700 - 162,800 per year. The disclosed range reflects a range of factors used in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case, and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. The estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the position location.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where any award depends on factors including individual and organizational performance.
