Job Description

The Senior Maximo Developer role supports an IBM Maximo (MAS) environment used by multiple business units, including mission-critical operations. This is a hands-on position focused on designing, building, and improving enterprise asset management capabilities, including integrations and supporting tooling.

Role Overview

You will work within a complex Maximo ecosystem, delivering IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions and related components. The work includes application development and configuration, integration development via Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and ongoing troubleshooting and optimization across the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and support IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
  • Create reports, automation scripts, and application enhancements.
  • Support Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support a complex enterprise Maximo ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong IBM Maximo development and configuration expertise.
  • Experience with Java, Jython/Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of MAS, MIF, BIRT reporting, and Maximo Mobile.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application support.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Location
